An OC developer plans to launch the Inland Empire's largest speculative office construction project in years.
Wohl Property Group, San Juan Capistrano, in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors, plans to break ground in mid-June on the 11.5-acre Via Verde Corporate Center, a $21.5-million office campus development in San Dimas totaling 155,904 square feet.
The office center, which will comprise three two-story buildings, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. Each building will.have an average floor size of more than 21,(NN) square feet.
"That's major," said Rick Lazar, a San Bernardino-based commercial real estate broker. "I call that bold."
