SCRAPED-SURFACE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Engineered for food, sauces, confectionery, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, and fats, oils and shortenings processing, Martin nickel scraped-surface heat exchangers have a rechromed inside diameter tube for abrasion- and corrosion-resistance as well as increased heat transfer. The tube inside diameter plating is 0.008 in. thick.

CONDENSING ECONOMIZERS
Cannon condensing economizers improve overall heat recovery and steam system efficiency. Water on its way to the boiler passes through the economizer, which recovers energy from the flue gas. When the flue gas temperature is lowered into the condensing range, a portion of the water in the flue gas is condensed back into a liquid. The heat that comes from the condensation adds to total energy recovery. The economizers are custom engineered based on application, designed according to facility space requirements and fabricated using stainless steel.

SPIRAL OVEN
The Stein GCO-II-1000 GYRoCompact self-stacking spiral oven features enhanced functionality and simplified operations. An optional impingement module at the oven discharge provides enhanced and uniform color development. To accommodate a variety of products and process requirements, operators can choose from up-flow, down-flow or "Dynamic Airflow Control" air in the belt stack.

VAT AND BIN WASHER
