MULTI-PRODUCT FRYER
Suitable for small production capacities and pilot plant applications, the Heat and Control Mastermatic EZ-700 continuous fryer has a compact design that provides 7 sq. ft. of frying area in a small floor space. Built to stringent sanitation and safety standards, the fryer has a direct gas-fired oil heating system; electric heating is also available. The unit uniformly fries prepared and batter-breaded foods, French fries, snacks and nuts.

POST-BAKING DRYERS
The Macrowave series of post-baking dryers can be custom-engineered for cookies, crackers or snack foods to remove residual moisture trapped within the center of the product. The dryers use radio-frequency (RF) energy, which preferentially heats and dries the moist areas to eliminate surface checking and control moisture and color. The dryers allow bakers to maintain oven settings and achieve product color goals in the last third of the oven line.

SANITARY MIXER
The sanitary PowerMix Model PD-100 is designed for use with products requiring a combination of slow- and high-speed agitation. The mixer combines a low-speed planetary stirrer with a conventional, high-speed disperser. Both agitators revolve on their own axis while on a common axis. The highspeed blade provides an internal shearing action, while the planetary stirrer continually moves material into the high-speed blade.

ORDER PICKER
The ROP2000 is a fully automated, allin- one solution for picking and palletizing mixed-load pallets. The system uses robots fitted with slim end effectors, conveyors and stretch wrappers to create custom pallet loads. Intelligent Cube-IQ project planning software instructs the robots on specific product placement to build the mixed load. The modular system's two articulated robot arms pick products from in-feed conveyors, placing them on a pallet that then descends to a stretch wrapper.
