CashEdge has appointed former Citigroup evp Catherine Palmieri as global head of product and marketing. At Citi, Palmieri was responsible for Citibank.com, Citibank Direct and CitiMobile. Another Citi veteran, Steven Frieberg, has been named CEO of E*Trade. Cloud computing firm FlexiSphere named Bob DeSantis President and COO. He was previously CFO of Plainfield Asset Management's hedge fund and CMO of Liquidnet. Callatay & Wouters, a provider of core banking and multi- channel distribution products, has hired Edouard Beavois to be director of strategic alliances. Beavois was on staff at SAP for more than ten years. Misys has appointed Al Noor Famji, former CEO of BT Design, as head of its banking division. Point of sale and transaction tech firm Hypercom has tapped William Rossiter to be its vp of marketing. He served for six years with Oberthur Card Systems, including a stint as vp of wireless sales and marketing. Cardlytics, a transactional marketing platform provider, has named Andrew Newman director of sales. FSV Payment Systems, which sells network branded debit card products, has hired George Coutros to be its COO.
