This the 12th of a regular series of tasting panels which will give a snapshot impression of new and interesting brands on the market or about to be launched. It is not definitive, but will provide a reaction from a cross-section of 'amateurs' and 'professionals.',
The expert opinion comes from Laura Jewell (34), a wine buyer at Waverley Vintners and a Master of Wine. The wholesale side is represented by Ray Donelan (52), corporate development director of Spar Landmark.
The agency view is provided by Adam Sunderland (38), managing partner of White Door, which provides marketing solutions.
The consumer is Tracy Neville (26), travel consulant, fitness instructor, and inveterate clubber.
