Serena Softwares trademarked notion of Change Governance has taken on whole new Dimensions.
Due to be released on Sept. 12, Dimensions 10, the former Merant enterprise change management software, becomes "the anchor release for [Serena's] entire ALM strategy," according to Carl Theobald, Serena's senior vice president of research and development.
The application life-cycle management category itself is multidimensional. Telelogic, for example, sees the world through a window of requirements and modeling.
