The explosion of new technologies, applications and services has resulted in a greater need for skilled and experienced communications professionals. And this need to know how best to manage new solutions for increased productivity as well as how best to roll out new types of network has placed considerable pressure on IT and telecoms departments. Enterprises now have to think more carefully about where and how they deploy resources and investments to meet the varying demands placed on their communications infrastructure.
