					traditionally eschewed the asset class due to its ownership of an
					office building complex, which provides an income stream in lieu of
					actual bond investments. Its keen on the move as it believes that
					the asset class along with the building's revenue stream would
					provide additional alpha. Pending approval it plans to tap three or
					four managers each with allocations of roughly $15-20 million, in
					the next three-four months.

					scouting hedge funds, real assets, private equity and venture capital
