12-point code aimed at improving standards across the sector
A new code of standards for all residential agents has been drawn up by an RICS-led board.
The 12-point draft code calls for agents to: make it clear whom they are acting for; ensure that client money is held separately from other monies; and mitigate conflicts of interest.
