Since many companies have moved toward the ISO 9000 qualify management of standards as the method for structuring their own quality efforts, the survey asked, "Do you feel that the ISO 9000 standards are a good gauge of quality commitment toward customers in the worldwide pulp and paper industry? If yes, why? If not, are there other measures that could be used?" The following is a sample of responses.
