OAKLAND - Carnegie Mellon University and the Carnegie Institute are piecing together the financing details for a $30 million building in Panther Hollow.
The joint venture, which operates as Panther Hollow Development Corp., has selected P.J. Dick Inc. of West Mifflin as construction manager and is narrowing a list of potential architects.
"We hope to break ground this summer," said Don Smith, economic development director for Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh.
