OTC Markets Group and Marketwired Announce News Distribution Agreement for OTCQX(R), OTCQB(R) and OTC Pink(R) Companies: Companies May Now Use Marketwired to Distribute News and Disclosure via OTC Markets Group's OTC Disclosure & News Service to U.S. Investors

Abstract

Companies may now use Marketwired's news distribution service to publish press releases via OTC Markets Group's OTC Disclosure & News Service, which is posted to www.otcmarkets.com and other web portals and delivered to broker-dealers who trade OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink securities. Companies that previously posted press releases separately via Marketwired and OTC Disclosure & News Service can now use Marketwired as a single point-of-access, eliminating duplication and ensuring maximum distribution of their news and disclosure to traders, analysts, investors and the media.
