Cease and desist orders
The OCC on Oct. 25 issued a cease and desist order against Miami-based Eastern National Bank for alleged violations of procedures for monitoring Bank Secrecy Act compliance and the bank's alleged unsafe and unsound banking practices related to credit administration and board and management supervision.
