Northrop Grumman [NOC] yesterday said it developed a unique capability to assess the performance and effectiveness of its offering for the Army's Common Infrared Countermeasures (CIRCM) program.
The new tool is based on an Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) system effectiveness tool created by the company and validated by the government.
