Abstract

(Marketwire - May 27, 2008) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NMB) (FRANKFURT:N6M) ("Normabec" or "the Company"), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce additional high grade silver and base metal results from its surface and underground drilling programs on the Veta Madre structure at the Real de Catorce Silver project in north-central Mexico.

High grade intersections continue to be generated from both surface and underground drilling as highlighted by hole VMS-39, which returned 3,622 g/t (106 oz/t) Ag, 1.27 % Pb and 0.18 % Zn over 4.30 m; hole VMS-38, which returns 389 g/t (11.35 oz/t) Ag over 13.10 m and hole VMP-27 which intersected 279 g/t (8.14 oz/t) Ag, 1.08 % Pb and 1.07 % Zn over 5.80 m.
