New officers for E.G.A.

ELBERTON, GA - John D. McLanahan, Jr., an emerging young leader in the Elberton granite industry, has been named president of the Elberton Granite Association, Inc. (E.G.A.). Other 2000-2001 officers named by the Board of Trustees include Jim Welch of Welch's Granite Co. (vice president) and Bob Paul of Eagle Granite Co. (treasurer).
