[Revisited Oct '06] Since its first review (CH, May '00, 37-4820) the NetLibrary collection has grown, and the interface has evolved into the latest release, NetLibrary 4.0. Despite some drawbacks to the interface, the collection is still unsurpassed in the breadth of choices available.
