Lingo Media Appoints Meyers Norris Penny LLP as Auditors

Abstract

(Marketwire - March 20, 2008) - Lingo Media Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LM)(OTCBB:LMDCF) ("Lingo Media" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Meyers Norris Penny LLP ("MNP"), one of the top 10 accounting firms in Canada, as its auditors replacing Mintz and Partners LLP ("Mintz"). The Company's Board of Directors and its Audit Committee approved the appointment of MNP, accepted the resignation of Mintz and reviewed all the documents related to the change of auditors. Mintz resigned as auditors at Lingo Media's request and there were no reservations in the auditors' report by Mintz in respect of the Company's financial statements as at and for the year-ended December 31, 2006.
