Is there enough digital sales talent to go round as Sky expands its portfolio of websites?

Online ad sales on Sky's sites had initially been handled by Robert Leach, (the head of interactive services since 2000), who subsequently hired Scott Deutrom as the head of online sales as the business grew. But a new blueprint is needed when Sky buys the online sales house Aura, run by Paul Wright, a former Sky commercial manager.
