The Norwegian government's cuts to the tariffs for the Gassled pipeline network have led to litigation from the pipeline's owners and a downgrade to one of the owner's bonds.
The Norwegian Ministry for Petroleum and Energy's cuts to the tariffs for the Gassled pipeline network have led to litigation from the pipeline's owners and a downgrade to one of the owner's bonds. The ministry proposed cutting the return on capital, or K, element in Gassled's tariffs in January, and confirmed the move on 27 June.
