WASHINGTON--Central Command (CENTCOM) and the Air Force have assembled a team to review the Dec. 5 friendly fire incident involving a 2,000-pound Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) that killed three Special Forces troops and wounded 19 others in Afghanistan.
