Martin Fangio will tell you that much has changed since he and and his wife, Julie, purchased the inventory of a defunct lighting manufacturing company in Old Forge 34 years ago.
In 1981, Fangio was looking to invest in real estate, but his real estate agent offered a different option. The agent showed Fangio a warehouse that contained parts for manufacturing lamps left behind by a company that had gone bankrupt.
Fangio considered the option and a short time later, Fangio Lighting was born.
