MOON TOWNSHIP - Plano, Texas-based Electronic Data Systems Corp. has set up a 31-person office to serve the Pittsburgh area.
The information technology firm has had customers in the Pittsburgh area, including Downtown-based PPG Industries Inc., but the company has not had a permanent office here.
EDS will now also be targeting smaller companies. Todd Dellecker, director of business development in the Pittsburgh office, said "smaller," means companies of a half billion revenue and up, although it also seeks to do business with companies of $300 million and up. Previously the target...
