GARDNER & SCARDIFIELD can base five vehicles at an operating centre in Ivy Arch Road, Worthing, subject to the following conditions and undertakings:
* at all times when authorised vehicles are entering or leaving the operating centre, the driver will be assisted by a banksman wearing high-vis clothing.
