Greater merchandising flexibility and increased category focus drive the fixturing design in Totally 4 Kids' new prototype in Ontario Mills, Ontario, Calif. Operated by Burlington Coat Factory, the 50,000-sq.-ft. outlet combines standard racks with moveable walls and flexible merchandising units.
"In designing the fixtures, the retailer gave us one important criteria-everything had to be moveable. Total flexibility was the order of the day," says Renee Ruffolo, managing director, Image By Design, a division of Dann Dee Display Fixtures, Niles, Ill.
