Eleven years after opening its first fullservice executive office suite complex in downtown Louisville, Renaissance Development plans a second such facility at Commerce Crossings.
The newest Renaissance Business Center will be ready for occupancy in late August or early September, according to Jennifer Kinsey, regional manager for the two centers. No companies or individuals have signed leases for the space, but negotiations are being held with several potential tenants, she said.
The business center is taking 27,000 square feet in the 118,000-square -foot Commerce Crossings Place office building, located near the Preston Highway entrance to the 240-acre business park. It will have 55 offices...
