Arriving in St. Louis from Russia at 23 with no family and little English ability, Leon Gurevich decided to explore entrepreneurship. Now eight years later, he is president of Rapid Development Services, which provides new manufacturing solutions using the latest technology
When arriving in St. Louis, Gurevich realized his degree in engineering from the Northwest Polytechnic Institute in Vologda, Russia, would not be accepted in the United States. So he enrolled at Washington University and worked full time at a medical instruments distributor.
