Joseph Ciulla's accounting firm, Ciulla, Smith and Dale LLP, has grown up with Medina-based RPM Inc.
The Parma firm began work as the accountant to RPM in the mid 1960s, when the maker of industrial coatings and sealants was just setting out on its way to becoming one of the largest companies in Northeast Ohio. More than 30 years later, they're still together -- even though RPM's sales are in the $1.5 billion range, the neighborhood usually served exclusively by Big Six accounting firms.
Loyalty counts in the relationship, said Tom Sullivan, president of RPM.
