Client Server Associates Inc. will kick off the new year as virtually a new company.
The downtown-based technology business is redefining itself, with plans to change its name, logo, client base, product offering and marketing strategy. In fact, CEO John Bostick said the changes are much like starting out in business for the first time all over again.
"For me, because this was my baby, I knew we had to do it but I was very scared about doing it and losing the success of the business because it was like starting over," Bostick said.
Bostick started the company in 1993, targeting regional Fortune 1000 companies that needed data warehousing, staff consulting or training services. In the first year, the company recorded $250,000 in sales. By 1997, it was ready to expand by building a facility in...
