CIBC Oppenheimer re-cently reminded brokers of its new finder's fee for recruiting top producers to the firm. Gadi Ben-Menache, one of Oppenheimer's three managers at its World Financial Center office in New York, told brokers at a recent meeting that successfully hiring a broker who generates at least $500,000 in annual gross commissions and maintains that production will result in bonus fees to the introducing broker. An Oppenheimer spokesperson could not be reached for comment.
