Swiss Re hopes double act can replicate success at Plantation Place
CB Richard Ellis has been parachuted in to join DTZ as letting agent for the 22 empty floors at Swiss Re's "Erotic Gherkin", being marketed from £47.50 per sq ft.
Andrew Green, property services director for the tower at 30 St Mary Axe, London EC3, said last week that the appointment was due to "the significant increase in leasing activity in the market".
