BMO Harris Appoints BMO Asset Management Corp. as Sub-Advisor for BMO Harris International Special Equity Portfolio and Announces Other Changes

Abstract

(Marketwire - Oct. 1, 2012) - BMO Harris Investment Management Inc. ("BHIMI"), the investment management arm of BMO Harris Private Banking and the manager of BMO Harris International Special Equity Portfolio (the "Portfolio"), has received regulatory approval to change the Portfolio's investment objectives without requiring unitholder approval. In connection with the change to the Portfolio's investment objectives, BHIMI will also change the Portfolio's name to BMO Harris U.S. Special Equity Portfolio, and its investment strategies and sub-advisor. Each of these changes will become effective on or about October 26, 2012.
