ATK Oilfield Transportation Inc. Announces Appointment of Brett Walker as Chief Financial Officer

Abstract

ATK provides rig moving and other specialized transportation services to exploration, development and production companies operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Permian Basin of Texas. The Company was incorporated in 2010 to better serve the oil and gas industry's rig moving needs in Western Canada. In 2013, ATK incorporated its U.S. subsidiary, ATK Oilfield Transportation (USA) Inc. and in 2014 commenced operations in Midland, Texas.
