Toronto -- Only a week has passed since Andy Manahan signed on as new executive vice-president of the Council of Ontario Construction Associations (COCA), but he's already rolled up his sleeves and set some priorities.
"I know just what my priorities are," he said in an interview last week. "Now, I just want to talk to members to find out what theirs are."
Manahan, who replaces David Frame who left in early August to become director of provider services at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), will meet with COCA members in the coming weeks to get input.
But Manahan isn't in the dark. He's already got a pretty good idea what they want.
