Abstract

A 53-year-old man presented to the endocrinology clinic with fatigue and sensitivity to cold. A physical examination showed delayed relaxation of the ankle jerk reflex — Woltman’s sign, shown in a video — and laboratory evaluation confirmed a diagnosis of primary hypothyroidism.
