1Introduction
Ponusmume is also called and plum, is immature fruit of Armeniaca munie Sieb. , and contains rich vitamin, organic acid, amino acid and trace elements. The researches on plum mainly concentrate in processing technology of candied fruit, plum juice drinking, plum wine and plum sauce and its quality improvement aspect ' 13 . Modern researches showed that plum wine has the functions of anti-bacteria and anti-allergyJ l. Plum wine contains large amounts of polyphenol, and polyphenol is important secondary metabolite of plant, with the functions of anti-tumor, anti-virus, inhibiting bacteria and anti-oxidation 14 151 , but there were fewer researches on total polyphenols in plum wine. There are many kinds of methods determining polyphenol, such as potassium permanganate titration, ferrous-Dtartrate method, vanillin method, atomic absorption spectrometry and HPLC. Potassium permanganate titration has complex operation , and titration end is difficult to be observed, with low sensitivity; both ferrous-D-tartrate method and vanillin method have strict determination conditions, with many interference factors and bad stability; atomic absorption spectrometry indirectly measures polyphenol content, with serious chemical interference, bad reproducibility and low accuracy ; HPLC method has high sensitivity and...
