Abstract

The international financial crisis has led to significant changes of behavior economic phenomena and processes, obvious macroeconomic and regional imbalances as well as to the identification of new facets of basic economical research in terms of development and implementation of certain aggregated indicators meant to predict the role of future development of the economy and to reduce the scale of crisis negative effects. Crisis occurred against the background of the monetary system failures transmitted through monetary policy and its instruments. What caused the current economic crisis is the result of the enhancement measures in the global economy based on a fiscal monetary policy mix to support an artificial demand for money independent structural policies, that widening imbalances between nominal and real convergence.
