Abstract

In the current scenario of the world, where the source of the failure of many of the organizations is based on the absence or shortcomings in the design and implementation of its strategy, it is very useful to reflect on those tools that help them to understand and manage the same, occupying an essential role in this area the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

In this article briefly describes a real case of BSC, demonstrating the application of the procedure of the author, through a business consulting developed in a company dedicated to the design of architectural and engineering services.
