Abstract

More and more institutions, subject to the fast rate of transformations of any nature in the external environment, perceive the ephemerally of eventual success in the past and they worry about the possibility of losing their competitive condition in the market. Thus, it becomes the core question of knowledge that must be discussed in its human and social character, able to find the answers to the inquiries about the most propitious conditions for the continuous creation, diffusion and incorporation of knowledge in the products, services and organizational systems in a general way. The present article deals with the organizational apprenticeship, here understood as the way through which knowledge is interpreted and generates the human action, then under the perspective that apprenticeship must be seen as a dynamic phenomenon, which depends not only on the context but mainly on the own involved persons. For the verification of this dynamics, the change which occurred to make the service to students in a Higher Education Institutions more efficient was analyzed, subjecting the functionaries to an indispensable apprenticeship process.
