Using a social psychological approach, Choudhry investigates the experience and identity construction of interethnic adolescents in Britain. By focusing primarily on Asian- White intcrcthnic adolescents, the author makes a significant contribution to existent, albeit limited, scholarship on this growing subgroup of the British multiracial population. The social psychological theories presented in the first three chapters thoughtfully ground Choudhry's research in theory.
