A 55-year-old man developed sinus bradycardia and firstdegree atrioventricular block during concomitant administration of methadone for opioid dependence and trazodone for depression.
The man presented to an emergency ward with palpitations, blurry vision, lightheadedness and dizziness triggered by the change in position from lying to standing or sitting.
