* In 2010 the overall measles seroprevalence in Bolivian youth estimated was 69.61%. * Measles herd immunity threshold in 2010 was not accomplished in Bolivian youth. * New cases of measles could occur in Bolivia in a short period of time. * Measles control in Bolivia will be still a challenge in the following years.
