Abstract

Given the great technological gap driven by COVID-19, it is intended to analyze and explain the synergy between technology and marketing, through the implementation by the use of social networks. Where the application of fundamental digital tools is necesary in the creation of a content marketing plan and social media structures, as well as in digital positioning processes. (2020) "the situation in which we are living not only changed the lifestyles of humanity, but also the way in which the marketing of content, data, and the marketing and positioning processes is handled."
