América Latina; Reforma educativa; Política educativa; Gobierno de la educación Abstract This article focuses in the cycles of educational reform in Latin America understood as the different state attempts to restructure Latin American education systems, as well as the trends of recent change in the government of education and new forms of regulation worldwide and regional.
