ABSTRACT
Haier Group, is a global home appliance leader of domestic and international market, whose upgrading of its core competition is along with its ITO-Information Technology Outsourcing. The thesis sets ITO from Haier Group to Neusoft as an example, analyzing the reasons for the success of the cooperation of both sides and its practice, drew a conclusion of the experience of win-win effect between service outsourcing enterprises and its enlightenment.

Haier has become a famous "home appliance leader" of domestic and foreign market through several stages such as Brand Strategy (1984-1991), Diversification Strategy (1992-1998), Internationalization Strategy (1998-2005) and Globalization Brand Strategy (2005- ). In 2010, turnover of Haier was 135.7 billion, being the No.1 of global white home appliances, and was named as one of the world's top ten innovative companies by Newsweek web site. In 2010, Haier ranked 27th in top 50 of the world's most innovative enterprises announced by Business Week and ranked No.1 of the Chinese electrical appliances enterprises. In July, 2011, it ranked top one in China in top 1,000 of the most valuable brands in Asia-Pacific. The success of Haier's development strategy, which is concerned about its research of ITO effect, is inseparable from its core competence.
1 The Form of the Core Competitiveness & ITO of Haier
The term outsourcing is used inconsistently but usually involves the contracting out of a business function-commonly one previously performed in-house-to an external provider. In this way, the enterprise will be able to concentrate on core business to lower cost, increase efficiency and strengthen its core competitive power. Under the influence of a series of internal and external factors, China Haier Group continues pursuing the innovation of management modes and the improvement of business process.

The development of economic globalization and IT promote configuration such as capital, information and labor force in the context of the global flow. Meanwhile, the competition and restriction among nations and their enterprises increasingly intensified.
