1.Introduction
The business situations are changing drastically as a consequence of societal behaviour. Globalization, consumer awareness, deregulation of corporate sector, and competition are creating new behaviour and challenges for organization in order to toll organization performance. However, the quality of leadership is the most essential elements of vital success. So, there is a fundamental role of leadership styles in improving employee performance, motivation and job assurance.
One of the fundamental theory of leadership "Great Man" clearly states that a leader has a very significant role on the organization's success (Shaukat et al., 2012). Even, leadership is one of the most widely discussed aspect of organizational behaviour and all group and team need a leader to direct them and guide them in order to find their respective goals (Kuchler, 2008); (Jones, George, & Hill, 2002). Therefore, as a consequence of rising concern in the leadership, researchers have started to evaluate the conceivable worth of leadership style in order to forecast leader's behaviour.
