A 77-year-old man developed drug-induced lupus erythematosus (LE) during therapy with flecainide and omeprazole.
The man, who had been receiving flecainide for 2 years and omeprazole for 4 years, presented with new-onset dyspnoea, fever, breath-dependent chest pain and dry cough [dosages, routes and indications not stated].
