Here's an example of a "teachable point of view" I might use at staff meetings if I were a principal.
Over time, a principal might create additional TPOVs for each of the boldface words or phrases. The TPOVs would be of different lengths and levels of complexity depending on the purpose (to inform the school community, to engage teachers in dialogue on important issues, etc.) and audience (teachers, parents, or students). They might be spoken or distributed in written form through newsletters, web sites, or other means of communication. With experience, leaders would create more nuanced and complex TPOVs reflecting a variety of subjects.
