A manager spends most o f his time in communicating with others. For a manager in önder to he able to implement successfully the functions of management he should know and use the effective methods of communication and active listening. communication is the transportation of knowledge and sense from the sender to the receiver with the help of a process of symbols through written, oral, unwritten and/or electronic means o f media. in the pmcess of communication barriers such as noise, filtration, selective perception, feelings, language, gesture and mimics exist. In order to sutpass these barriers, a manager has to use feedbacks and an easy language, to control feelings, to pay attention to the use of gesture and mimics, and to try to develop skills of active listening.
