Abstract

The Process of Eviction for Non-Payment is actually defined by the Civil Procedure Rules as a verbal hearing legal specialty, which stands out because of the use of the admonitory technique. It is a summary process on which the lessor, based on repeated non-payments, aims to get back the real possession of the estate and, additionally, in the event of accumulation of several legal actions, reclaim payment for these. This paper aims to analyze this process from a critical perspective, paying special attention to the most complex matters from the point of view of jurisprudence and legal doctrine.
